In Ladakh, slowly, a new, long winter is coming. In these remote mountain regions on the roof of the world the coldest season will be marked by the usual calm and sluggish rhythms. People will come back to gather at home around the bokari, their typical fireplace.
It is with great satisfaction that we have completed another school year, even though it was rendered complicated due to Covid.
The pupils were able to return to the classroom in August only for a very short period.
We too have organized remote schooling and counseling: teachers and therapists followed the families, regularly bringing home their homework and continuing to remain a valid point of reference for every need.
In mid-March 2022 we will resume all our activities: we are also evaluating the inclusion of new members and we look to the future with optimism and a lot of confidence.
With a little advance we would like to wish you happy Holidays and above all thank you for your precious support. Hoping to be able to meet in the new year at some event for Munsel School!
