The Coronavirus state of emergency is again gradually increasing in Ladakh. Munsel School is still closed according to the indications received from the Government, which has however recently authorized the partial resumption of activities in some high school locations.

Within the areaof work organization three of our teachers underwent training organized by the Department of Education in July, despite Coronavirus restrictions in place and the suspension of classroom teaching. Furthermore, around twenty primary school teachers from the Leh region visited the school with great interest.

And there is also important news regarding the construction site: the drilling has finally been successful and a source has been found. The water previously supplied with cistern trucks can now be obtained directly from the subsoil!
