Again this summer, two volunteers had the opportunity to travel to Munsel School.

Céline and Lorraine spent a couple of intense and fruitful weeks with the children and teenagers, to whom they proposed various activities. With the older ones, they interacted in particular in the kitchen and all together took part in creativity work, experimenting with some interlocking games, trying out different painting techniques, and using chalk.
Céline and Lorraine were also enchanted by the landscape during their trek, they settled in quickly and had a hard time getting back to Switzerland! An excellent understanding has been developed with the teachers and they now continue to collaborate remotely by sending short films and exchanging practice sheets. . They also will prepare a Power Point for the Fondation de Verdeil, which had already fully sponsored the purchase of the new school bus a couple of years ago and intends to relaunch the partnership project with its structures postponed due to the pandemic, with a group of specialised teachers.
